Fitness at Cornerstone

Twice a week, Cornerstone Bible Fellowship hosts a morning Body & Soul Fitness class to help encourage both physical and spiritual fitness among women. Body & Soul uses a variety of unique exercises aimed at whole-body strengthening in 75 minutes or less.  Exercises are modified to show high- and low-impact options, and our instructors try to be sensitive to the needs of each student walking through the door.  Instructors offer an optional opportunity for prayer at the end of each class and thrive to encourage students in their physical and spiritual journeys.

Cornerstone also provides FREE childcare for the children of Body & Soul students. Military and ministry personnel and their spouses receive a 50% discount, as do new students!

Cardio/strength

Our Cardio/strength class offers choreographed cardio & kickboxing steps followed by full body strengthening and flexibility routines.
Mondays and Thursdays  ·   8:45—10:00 am
