Children at Cornerstone

Cornerstone offers two worshipping times on Sunday mornings: 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.  During the 9:00 a.m. service, we have childcare from birth through pre-K.  We do not have elementary classes during the 9:00 a.m. service.

During the 10:30 a.m. service, we offer classes from birth through 5th grade.  Pre-K and younger will check in by entering through entrance B and preceding to the preschool area.  Elementary students will check in through entrance A.  If you have children in both age ranges, you can check them all in at any check in station.

Also, you are more than welcome to have your children--any age--remain with you during the entirety of the worship service.

On Wednesdays, Cornerstone offer DEEP, our weekly Children's program. It runs from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.  During DEEP, the kids will sing, do crafts, play games, and learn the DEEP truths about Jesus and the Word of God. DEEP is available for kids from Kindergarten through fifth grade.

Also, throughout the year, Cornerstone offers other fun and Christ honoring activities for children and families.  We have GLOW nights and family water days; holiday events and Christmas in July; and of VBS each June.

American Heritage Girls / Trail Life

On the second and fourth Mondays of the month, the American Heritage Girls meet.  AHG is a faith-based, scout-type character development program for girls that started in 1995. The AHG Program is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country. AHG girls across the nation and the globe participate in badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences, all with an emphasis on Christian values and family involvement.

Cornerstone has recently chartered a Trail Life troop (AR-1711).  Trail Life is Christian scouting organization where boys thrive! Adults are equipped to lead a program in a structured outdoor environment where boys are engaged in real-world challenge and experience camping, hiking, and fishing; they develop skills in riflery, archery, and canoeing;  and learn character and leadership in a practical hands-on manner that is naturally engaging.
