What does it truly mean to "know Jesus and make Him known"? In this message, Pastor Jason Bogardus opens Colossians 1:15–19 to examine one of Scripture’s most foundational and exalted descriptions of Jesus Christ. Paul reveals Christ not merely as a great moral teacher, but as the visible image of the invisible God, the Creator and Sustainer of the cosmos, and the supreme Head of the church. Just as a physical body cannot move or function when severed from its head, the church has no direction, life, or power apart from vital union with Christ. Discover what it means to surrender preeminence to Jesus in your daily walk, priorities, and worship—so that in all things, He might have first place. What does true greatness look like in the Kingdom of God? In this Serve Sunday message, Pastor Jason Bogardus examines Mark 10:35–45, where Jesus upends the world’s definition of power and leadership. While culture encourages us to race to the top and ask what others can do for us, Christ calls His followers to a different path: to serve rather than be served, and to give our lives for the sake of others. • Passage: Mark 10:35–45 • Speaker: Pastor Jason Bogardus • Series: Serve Sunday 2026 • Church: Cornerstone Bible Fellowship (Sherwood, AR)
