WHAT
On May 18th, the elders of Cornerstone presented a vision for the future of our campus. While the ultimate goal is a completely updated campus that utilizes our entire property, the first phase of the plan centers on two main goals: connecting the two buildings, and moving the preschool to the north building and the offices to the south building.
WHY
Whenever guests come to our campus, many find the two buildings difficult to navigate. We don’t have a central entrance and knowing where to go to simply find the worship center can be hard. Additionally, if someone has a child going to elementary class during the service, they have to send their child to a different building. If they happen to also have a preschooler, that child remains in the south building. Some parents then have to split up to pick up their children after services. If you are confused after reading through this, imagine being a first time guest trying to figure this all out while also trying to participate in a worship service. Over the years, many first time guests never return simply because their first experience is so difficult.
In addition to the benefits to our first time guests and parents, this project would also help our on campus LifeGroups by providing several dedicated classrooms, as well as giving us an actual kitchen. Office space would better accommodate the current staff levels we have.
We prayerfully ask you to join us as we better utilize our campus to grow the Kingdom of God.

So, what can we expect in this money-raising effort?
Here’s what WILL NOT happen:
No one will ask you to attend a campaign event and expect you to fill out a commitment card at that moment.

Here’s what WILL happen:
All of us will be challenged to ask God what He intends for us to give to this endeavor.
What will this building project look like?
If you would like to see the plans that have been created with our new monetary goal, sign up for an Advanced Challenge Meeting HERE or attend a presentation through your LifeGroup.
