Easter Week
No time of year brings into focus the true meaning of the life and ministry of Jesus quite like Easter. Below, you can read about the schedule of events planned at Cornerstone to help each person connect with Jesus Christ and His church at this most holy time.

Palm Sunday
Services will begin at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. During the 9:00 AM service, we offer classes for preschool students. At 10:30 AM, classes are available for both preschool and elementary ages, where children will celebrate the Triumphal Entry of Jesus with real palm branches.
Seder Dinner
Join us on Thursday, April 2 at 7:00 PM as partake in a Christian Seder meal. This event is a way to connect our Christian life with the Old Testament and the eternal nature of God's plan through the Bible. The service consists of eating various foods and participating in various actions that illustrate aspects of both the Jewish Passover and the sacrificial death of Jesus. This is a family event, so it is fairly laid back and designed to incorporate children.

Be sure to eat before or after the meal--most of the food consumed during the Seder is ceremonial. Seating is arranged by family. If you are single or do not have children, we will most likely place you with others.

Community Egg Hunt
Families are invited to worship our risen Savior, hunt eggs, enjoy some of God’s cutest creatures at a petting zoo, and eat lunch at our annual Easter Egg Hunt. Our family worship service still start on April 4 in the Worship Center (Entrance B) at 10:30 AM. This year we’ll feature Cockrill’s Critters’ Petting Zoo after the Egg Hunt. Enjoy lunch and fellowship while you wait to have a turn to enjoy the petting zoo. All FREE! Rain or shine!
Easter Sunday
Celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with us on Sunday, April 5th! Services will be held at 9:00 and 10:30 AM. We will have a nursery for children up to kindergarten in both services and kid's classes for elementary age students during the 10:30 am service. If you are a guest, please just follow the guest parking signs and then one of our volunteers will help you find your way in the building.
